How do I collect my sample?

Circle DNA collection kits are easy and convenient to use. Detailed instructions are included in each Circle kit. If your order contains more than one kit, please make sure that each individual collects his/her DNA sample using the collection kit they have registered or intend to register. The sample collection process is simple and you can provide your DNA under various health circumstances, including while you are sick, while you are on common medication, or while you are pregnant.

Sample Return Instructions (Mail from Rest of the World)

Each CircleDNA collection kit comes with prepaid shipping materials. Your DNA sample is stable at a wide range of temperatures once it is mixed with our stabilisation buffer liquid in your collection tube, but we encourage you to ship your collected sample to us at your earliest convenience.

How long does delivery take?

We will ship your order from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed.For Hong Kong customers: Once we dispatch your order, you can expect to receive your kit within 2-4 business days via SF Express.For International customers: Please refer to the table below for standard FedEx delivery times by country. Deliveries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to additional delays or fees at customs.

How to activate my Circle test kit?

Once you have received your kit and set up an account, you can proceed to activate the kit using the Circle mobile app. After logging into your account, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions, and scan or type in the barcode, which can be found inside your collection kit.

Note: We cannot process your DNA sample if the kit has not been activated. By activating your kit, we can then identify your DNA sample to generate your personalised Circle results for you.
