In contrast, CircleDNA uses Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology. This advanced method analyzes over 3 million data points (NGS Sequencing) and includes more precise strand analysis. This advanced approach allows for a more detailed and accurate assessment of your genetic makeup.

2. Over 500 Reports: Because we gather more data, we can offer over 500 detailed reports ranging from disease risk and family planning to nutrition and stress management. This ensures no important health insights are missed.

Kits do not need to be used immediately. In most cases, the expiry period is around 12 months from delivery. Individuals can activate their kit and return their saliva sample at any time within this period, whenever they feel ready.

Bulk orders are delivered to a single address. However, return shipments can be scheduled from different addresses and at different times. This allows participants in different locations to send back their saliva samples when it is most convenient for them.

For bulk orders, one prepaid return slip is provided for every 4 kits. The return documents will be issued based on the delivery address.

To make things easier and more sustainable, we encourage customers to return all samples together in one shipment, which is why only one set of return documents is prepared in advance.

If you prefer to return samples separately, no problem at all. Once your sample is ready:

- Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email to request an additional return slip

- We’ll arrange a FedEx pickup from your preferred address (home or workplace)

- Your samples will be sent directly to our Hong Kong laboratory

If you need an additional shipping bag, you can request one directly from FedEx at the time of pickup.

CircleDNA can be done for babies and children that has stopped breastfeeding for at least 2 weeks, as long as a parent or legal guardian gives consent and manages the test for them.

The DNA itself does not change with age, so testing early means the results can be useful for life. Parents often use the insights to understand things like nutrition needs, potential sensitivities, or health tendencies as their child grows.

Each kit is activated separately by the individual user. Personal data and DNA results are encrypted, and individuals have full control over their information. The organisation placing the bulk order does not have access to any personal genetic data or reports. Group or bulk testing does not change CircleDNA’s privacy protections.

You can manage everything for your family from one CircleDNA app.

Within the app, you can create separate profiles for each family member, including your elderly parents and your child. Each person has their own private DNA profile and results, while you manage everything from a single login.

This setup is ideal for family members who aren’t comfortable with technology. You can review their results with them, explain the insights in person, or save and print sections for them to read later.

Example:
If your parent’s results show higher sensitivity to salt or cholesterol, you can review their profile and help plan heart-friendly meals, without them needing to use the app at all.

Note: You can transfer your child’s profile to them once they are old enough to manage their own account.
